Education and Experience

  • Life Sciences Graduate, ideally with post-graduate qualification in a relevant area and/or prior experience in product development functions (pharmaceutical development, toxicology, clinical trials, etc).
  • Sound knowledge of both pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines and national regulations within the assigned region.
  • Proven track record in Europe Region Procedures (Including CP, MRP and/or DCP)
  • Regulatory Affairs experience, including a successful track record in the registration, lifecycle management and maintenance of pharmaceutical products within Europe Region.
  • Experience in cross-functional project teams.
  • Conversant with the primary functions of pharmaceutical development, microbiology, toxicology, clinical research and quality assurance.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with internal and external customers (e.g. Regulatory Agencies).
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others without formal authority.
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across cultures and cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Computer literate
