Requirements

  • Proven high performance track record of success in healthcare sales in different distribution channels and people management
  • Proven managerial skills or high management potential
  • Experience in marketing
  • Experience in training / coaching
  • Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting
  • Sound knowledge of country health care environment including pricing and access and implications for the business

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Propensity to lead - Strong leadership qualities and strong interpersonal, motivational and influencing skills; pursues formal and informal leadership opportunities knowing when to consult / inform; initiative

Education
  • Science or business graduate strongly preferred
