Allergan’s Business Education and Consulting Services are provided to medical aesthetics clinics across the world by Business Consultants to help clinics grow and optimise their business.
 
The International Business Consulting Senior Manager is responsible of designing, creating and rolling out the business consulting activities across International by working closely with international cross-functional teams and senior leaders at country level.
 
You will lead the cross-functional teams and external partners to design and produce materials for the international business consulting team ensuring that these materials comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and manages their approval through Allergan's compliance review process.
 
On a regular basis, collaborate with country leadership teams to communicate activities at an international level, shape the country strategy and operational plans for delivering excellent business services to Allergan’s customers.
 
Responsible for the ongoing training of Business Consultants and other internal stakeholders on all aspects of the programme.
 
Contribute to defining the international programme strategy and identifying opportunities to optimise the delivery of plans.
We are looking for candidates with experience of working internationally with broad consultancy experience and able to demonstrate expertise. E.g.: Finance, marketing, operational efficiency, project management, process improvement, marketing, e-learning, training.
 
Strong people management and leadership experience and demonstrable track record of designing and delivering training events, process design and optimisation.
 
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees. 
 
Excellent facilitation and training skills in both group and one-one settings.
 
Problem solving including thinking analytically and conceptually – identifying themes and key issues and their impact in a broad business context. Gathering and interpreting information examining component issues to understand causal links between component parts.
 
Strategy and business planning – good business and financial acumen.
 
Collaborating and influencing others – working with others to shape plans and deliver results.
Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and presentations to customers and Allergan leaders.
 
Exceeding customer expectations by identifying customer requirements and expectations as standards to be surpassed.
 
Fluent spoken and written business English; other languages desirable, but not essential.
 
Good proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, and database applications.
