We are looking for candidates with experience of working internationally with broad consultancy experience and able to demonstrate expertise. E.g.: Finance, marketing, operational efficiency, project management, process improvement, marketing, e-learning, training.
 
Strong people management and leadership experience and demonstrable track record of designing and delivering training events, process design and optimisation.
 
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees. 
 
Excellent facilitation and training skills in both group and one-one settings.
 
Problem solving including thinking analytically and conceptually – identifying themes and key issues and their impact in a broad business context. Gathering and interpreting information examining component issues to understand causal links between component parts.
 
Strategy and business planning – good business and financial acumen.
 
Collaborating and influencing others – working with others to shape plans and deliver results.
Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and presentations to customers and Allergan leaders.
 
Exceeding customer expectations by identifying customer requirements and expectations as standards to be surpassed.
 
Fluent spoken and written business English; other languages desirable, but not essential.
 
Good proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, and database applications.
