Education and Experience
• BA Degree required, MBA or equivalent
• Proven digital marketing experience within a brand department (agency or client side)
• Experience of working in an international marketing environment (e.g. matrix teams)
• Deep understanding of how to build brands through digital channels
• Content creation for social media channels and websites
• Significant experience at a Senior level, overseeing complex digital marketing solution development and implementation
• Experience of client relationship / stakeholder management
• Proven ability to collaborate with IT engineer and digital specialists
Essential Skills, Experience
• Work experience in multi-national company, understand the complexity of organization
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills
• Very good project management skills and ability to work well in a matrix team environment
• Strong digital marketing expertise
• Identify, appraise and deliver innovative solutions to accelerate revenue growth through selective investments.
• Work with external partners to optimize digital investments and footprint
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Strong team, leadership, planning and written/verbal communication skills
• Providing training, presentations and demonstrations to country teams on operating a successful online digital strategy across Allergan International
• Advise digital lead to maximize their investment on digital paid media and how to track process of agencies to drive performance in the digital conversion funnel.
• Encourage the sharing of best practice and animate digital updates conferences on specific topics such as website optimization, KPI framework and Paid media, between teams, to foster an environment of enthusiasm and positive team spirit.
